One of the fundamental phases of the energy rehabilitation process is analysis of the current situation of the building and its facilities from the point of view of its energy efficiency.

This phase consists of carrying out a diagnosis of the energy behavior of the building, in which the consumption, the efficiency of the facilities and the thermal performance of its thermal envelope are analyzed, taking into account other factors such as climatic zone, orientation, compactness, schedules, etc...
